→ Upon completing your free consultation, we will collect payment and begin working on your product.

→ On average, the design work takes approximately 5-10 business days to complete. This timeframe includes revision cycles where we work closely with you to fine-tune the design and finalize all the necessary details. If you are providing us with artwork, this step will be skipped.

→ Once the design is approved, the average turnaround time for production in our shop is approximately 4-10 business days.

→ Please note that direct print bags and boxes may require additional time, typically around 14-21 business days.

→ We are open to exploring possibilities for an expedited turnaround for an additional cost to accommodate your needs further. Please reach out to discuss a custom timeline.

Can I pay you when my order is finished?

We always take full payment before any job is started to ensure no complications and complete satisfaction. Once we receive the payment for your order, we get right to work on creating a product you will be happy with. We put our best effort forth with each and every project, ensuring that we never deliver a product that you are unhappy with. We make sure you are completely satisfied with your design work and/or physical products before we fully complete the job.

What are your hours?

Our California location is open Sunday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm PST.

Our Florida location is open Sunday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm EST.

When can I contact you?

Do you have an order minimum?

We have no order minimums for most products. Exceptions include direct print items; the minimum for boxes is 2k units, and the minimum for direct print bags is 500 units.

Can you create my artwork?

Of course, we can! We have a full team of in-house designers that can bring any of your ideas to life. The design team will collaborate with you to create your vision, or if you prefer a hands-off approach, they can handle it all themselves.

What if I am not satisfied with the final product?

No product is final until you are satisfied! We work with you throughout the process to ensure we are creating exactly what you are looking for. This includes attentive communication, sample mock-ups, and revisions until you’re happy.

What types of customizable packaging and items do you offer?

We offer a range of customizable containers and items in various materials. Containers come in glass and plastic in a variety of sizes, including 4 oz, 2 oz, 5ml, and 7ml jars, as well as tubes and casings. One of our most popular items, we offer premium Mylar bags, known for their durability and excellent moisture resistance, in multiple sizes.

We also offer customizable merchandise and custom marketing materials. This includes custom shirts, apparel, tablecloths, stickers, banners, and water bottles.
